At this level, you receive four hours of response per term. However, customized subscriptions may vary in response time since we are flexible to your user community requirements.
No matter what the agreed total hours of response, we provide the depth of knowledge required to solve your computing problems in a timely courteous manner.
At the Connectional level, we are poised to relate, associate, attach or join. In other words, not only will we offer communicative support, but also dial up support and remote systems management.
The most involed level includes Collaboration where as 3-Cubed acts jointly with a mixture of on-site/remote access support and system management. This portion of our support subscription builds on the communicative and connectional subscription by placing our certified technical staff either on-site or on-call to meet your computing environment schedules.
